We have a 30-day return policy, whichmeans you have 30 days afterreceiving your mod to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at
hcmotion14@163.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you are turn shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If it is confirmed to be a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs; otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
